Snow white petals spring forth with glee
Around a sunshine center awaiting a bee.
They can be wild; they can be free.
They can be planted in a pot under a tree.
Wisping in the wind as if right on key
As the evergreen leaves mimic the music only for me.
They always are friendly; they always are lively.
They always welcome everyone smiling and happy.
Daisies caress my hand as I bend on one knee
As I look out into the meadow – a field of amity and beauty do I see.
